1. Who we are
The Morgans Photography (“we”, “us”) provides photography services including event, sport, festival and family portrait photography.
2. Bookings & enquiries
Enquiries made via our Contact page are not confirmed bookings until agreed in writing (email) between both parties, including any agreed fee.
3. Payment
Fees, if any, will be agreed directly with the client before a shoot. Pricing is not published on this site while we build our client base.
4. Image usage & copyright
Copyright in all images remains with The Morgans Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients purchasing prints or digital files via Pixieset receive a personal-use licence to print and share images; commercial use requires separate written permission.
5. Portfolio use
We may use images from public events (festivals, sports, social events) in our portfolio, website gallery and social media. For private family portrait sessions, images will only be used in our portfolio with your explicit consent, captured via our digital consent form at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations

7. Liability
We take care to deliver high-quality images but accept no liability for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure) that limit what can be captured.
